How to use the online teleprompter
At 150 words per minute, a 750-word script takes about 5 minutes. The reader uses your word count and selected pace to spread scrolling across the estimated speaking time. A three-second countdown gives you time to get ready.
Choose a font size you can comfortably read from your recording position. Pause whenever you need a breath or another take; resume continues from the same point. You can change speed and font size while reading. Use fullscreen where your browser supports it, or keep the reader in its window. Scrolling is an estimate and does not listen to your voice. Rehearse a short section to find a pace that feels comfortable before recording the whole script.
